Advising of Transfer Students Seeking Admission into the School of Nursing
Students who transfer to Concordia seeking admission to the nursing program are initially advised by their admissions counselor. Once a student is enrolled at Concordia, advising is done by their Public Health faculty advisor.
Public Health or Transfer Students in the Process of Applying for Admission into the School of Nursing
Once a student is in the final semester of nursing prerequisite courses, they can apply for admission into the School of Nursing. Transfer students in the final semester of prerequisite coursework (as determined by their Concordia admissions counselor), may apply. The supplemental nursing form can be completed within the admissions application portal. Admission into the nursing program requires a minimum natural science GPA of 3.0 and a pre-nursing requirements cumulative GPA of 3.0.
