Close out the Week of Welcome on Saturday, August 25th with some country dancing to the sounds of the Sam Riggs Band - last year's headliner for Welcome Party 2011. Don't miss this FREE SHOW! Open to the public from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m., the concert will be located in the Black Box Theater.
Sam Riggs mixes old country influences with rock and newer Americana elements to make his own style of music. He references Reckless Kelly and Hayes Carll as influences. Sam and his band are releasing a brand new EP titled, Lighthouse, which is available for download on his website.
