Copy Services

We offer a wide variety of copy services to Faculty and Staff for university business and we can put together projects for you. Please allow 1 business day for standard black and white copies to be made and 3 business days for standard color copies to be made.

You can also use the university copiers around campus, with your copy ID. If you do not know your copy ID, please contact us so we can give you your code.

Submit a copy project

Please include the following:

  • the paper color
  • single-sided printing or double-sided printing?
  • stapled?
  • number of copies needed
  • black & white printing or color? Please note: color copies cost more
  • paper size if not standard letter
  • your contact information in case we have questions about your project
  • the department number to charge the copies to

Support Services also offers Specialty Print Services on campus and through Thomas Graphics. Depending on the complexity of the project, these print jobs can take between 3 and 5 days to complete. Some of the services offered include: Booklets, Watermarks, Printing on Letterhead, Mail merges, Envelope stuffing and preparation, Unibinding, Comb Binding, and more.

Please contact Support Services to set up a specialty print job or submit a print job to Thomas Graphics.

*If you submit a print job to Thomas Graphics, please call Bill Waller at 512.719.3535 to get an estimate.

Once you have received the estimate, please have an approved requisition sent to both Accounting, michael.schidler@concordia.edu, AND Support Services, support.services@concordia.edu, so the print job can be completed. Orders sent through without a requisition will NOT be processed.

*Please note, requisitions can be requested from Accounting.
