The Office of Residential Life is very happy and excited to welcome you to Concordia University Texas. We look forward to you joining the Concordia University Texas family. We have provided you information in the following pages that will assist you in your arrival onto campus. The Residential Life Staff at Concordia University Texas would like to welcome you home to the Concordia family. All 1st year students are required to live on campus. Students may request an exemption only if:

  • The student resides in the principle residence of a parent or legal guardian within approximately 30 mile commutable radius of the campus as determined by zip code and/or miles
  • The student will reach the age of 21 prior to the first day of class of their first term of enrollment
  • The student is married
  • The student has dependent family (children or parents) under the student’s care living at the student’s permanent residence

 

There are 2 easy steps to live on campus:

  1. All 1st year students must complete the Non-Refundable Deposit Form
  2. Pay the $275 non-refundable deposit.

Housing Rates for the 2012-2013 academic year:

Room: $2450.00 per semester
Board (Meals): $1890 per semester
