Concordia password requirements and recommendations
Make sure you are using the correct username for the service you're trying to access. If you haven't logged in recently, or have had multiple failed login attempts, your account may be locked out. If this occurs contact the Helpdesk for an account reset.
Your username for MyInfo is your CTX ID number. It looks like this: B00######. Your password is a six-digit PIN number that is emailed to you when you first received your account. The first time you access MyInfo you are required to change this PIN number.
Your username for Blackboard is your full ctx.edu or concordia.edu email address and the same password you use to access your email account.
Your username for your email is your email address. It typically looks like firstname.lastname@ctx.edu for students and firstname.lastname@concordia.edu if you are an employee. Your original password is completely random. For students, it's emailed to their personal email address on file once it's created. Employee's default passwords are sent to their supervisors.
Your student ID number (CTX ID) looks like B00######. It should be on any official paper work that you have received from Concordia (bills, schedules, etc). If you are unable to find your student ID number you can contact the Helpdesk. Once you answer some identity verification questions it will be provided to you.
