Joyce Sinclair is Coordinator of Career Services and Director of Internships, and has over 15 years of experience in employment services. She has been at Concordia since 2006 and has certifications in using several personality assessments including the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Strong Interest Inventory, DISC, and Strengths Quest.
