Pressing On
“Brothers, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.” ~Philippians 3:13-14
Concordia is pleased to announce that $500 scholarships are awarded to the Academic Winners and to the Music Finalists in Piano, Vocal, and Instrumental Competition. These awards are presented at the Closing Ceremony.
All Schools and Church groups are asked to wear uniform color shirts with the name of your school or church to more easily identify your group.
Due to the amount of time required to read and judge the some of the competitions, it is necessary to have entry dates prior to Field Day. Please see the Event List for any entry dates.
All school registrations are due by March 31, 2012. Please have your registration in on time! Entries received after the deadline will not be accepted!! Click here to register.
Large schools with two sections of a given grade may enter students from each grade class in events (i.e. Concordia 6th -A and Concordia 6th - B). Please indicate on your registration forms if you are entering more than one class section for events.
Ribbons, awards, writing entries and writing contest winners booklets will be available immediately following the Closing Ceremony. Please have an adult representative go to the "Ribbon Tent" to pick up your packet. All science and art entries are to be picked up by a school/church representative immediately following or just prior to the Closing Ceremony.
