Student’s Procedures:

Students will enter Building C to take all quizzes.  There will be signs posted as well as student volunteers to direct students towards their classroom.  Each grade level has two or three classrooms assigned to that particular quiz.  The students will be alphabetically assigned to the classrooms by last name.  All subject quizzes will start and finish within their own designated 30 minute block.  When complete, students will turn in the quiz, answer sheet, and pencil to the proctor in the classroom.  The times will be recorded when the student begins and turns in his/her answer sheet.  In case of a tie the person completing the quiz in the shortest period of time will receive the higher rating.

Please note: Due to the number of tests, proctors, testing rooms and ribbon distribution, students must be on time to take the test.  Students will be allowed to start up to ten minutes late.  After the 10 minute mark, students will not be admitted into the testing rooms.  Students will not be able to make up any tests at a later time.
