We are using a new system this year for Les Bayer Field Day registration. This new system is a timed registration. You will only have four hours to complete your registration. Once the registration times out you will lose all your information.
Once you have registered, if you have any changes, please email fieldday@ctx.edu. Someone will respond within 48 hours to your changes. The last day to make changes is March 31, 2012.
Some programs still require additional forms. Once you register through the event registration, if you indicate that you are going to have students that will be participating in those specific events, a member of our staff will contact you with those forms and further instructions.
We have provided a worksheet to help you through the registration process. This worksheet is simply a list of events and times with lines to write student names. We recommend you fill this out, then use it to fill out registration. This is for your convenience only. You do not have to use it.
