The ATI TEAS V exam is a required part of the application for admission to the Concordia University Texas BSN program. While the Concordia BSN program has not set a minimum score for the TEAS V, students receive points based on their composite score as follows:

| 58.7 – 73.2 | 3 points |
| 73.3 - 77.9 | 5 points |
| 78.0 – 90.6 | 7 points |
| 90.7 – 100 | 9 points |
The TEAS V exam will be offered on the Concordia campus for first time and second time TEAS V takers:
Date offered: Monday April 22 from 1 – 4:30 pm
Where: D-131
Cost: Students will pay $35 online by credit or debit card at the time they take the exam
