  • Be a member in good standing of a congregation of the LCMS.
  • Be committed to Lutheran Christian higher education.
  • Be committed to the doctrinal positions of the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod.
  • Possess a reputation for the highest degree of honesty, integrity and mature judgment.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Possess a high energy level.
  • Be credentialed with an earned, terminal degree.
  • Be articulate with a good stage presence.
