Dining with the Stars features a catered meal, guest speaker, live and silent auctions, celebration of recent graduates and introduction of the Concordia University Texas Baseball Team. In 2015, we were very fortunate to have a former Dallas Cowboys Quarterback, Jon Kitna, as the Guest Speaker.
This event is organized by the Concordia University Texas Baseball Coaching Staff and is one of the Baseball Team’s biggest fundraisers of the year. The proceeds from this event are used to supplement the Baseball Program’s operating budget.
