Scheduling & Event Services

The Scheduling and Events office at Concordia University Texas exists to manage facility space on campus for various events including internal campus-related and external community-based activities.

If you are a faculty or staff member at Concordia and need to reserve space for meetings and activities, contact the administrative assistant or department head for your department/college. 

Anyone else who wishes to use Concordia’s facilities for meetings, conventions, workshops, etc. should contact the Scheduling and Events office at scheduling@concordia.edu.
