UNPLANNED OUTAGE REPORT - 5/25

Blackboard remains online, and enough hardware adjustments have been made to reduce the possibility of anothe Blackboard outage this weekend. Hardware repairs are still underway, but they should not affect Blackboard.

Please note that the Unified Login Service for Student Email and http://online.concordia.edu was also out of commission earlier today, but has been restored as well.

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 7:30pm
Friday: Closed
Saturday: Closed
Sunday: Closed
Note: although the Helpdesk is formally closed over the long weekends during summer, someone does check voicemail and email once or twice each day. You should still hear back from us within approximately 24 hours if you leave a message Friday-Sunday.
