The University Services Helpdesk assists the Concordia community with problems related to technology, facilities management or campus security. If problems cannot be resolved quickly, the Helpdesk will create a work order and assign the issue to a technician.
Who are we? A combination of student workers and full-time staff.
What do we do? The Helpdesk assists with technological needs, covering such things as: e-mail, internet access, media requests, hardware (faculty and staff), MyInfo, Blackboard, cable television, telephone service, voicemail and campus security.
Why do we do it? Our mission statement is to provide and effectively maintain the electronic and physical infrastructure so that Concordia University Texas can accomplish its mission of developing Christian leaders.
Where can you find us? The Helpdesk is in Building D (lower level, room 112), just down the hall.
When we do it? The Helpdesk is open Monday thru Thursday 7:30 AM to 6 PM, Friday 7:30 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday 8 AM -1 PM. /Summer Hours Monday thru Thursday 7:30 AM to 6 PM.
