Countdown to Concordia's relocation:

Master Site Plan

February 7th, 2007 AUSTIN, TEXAS—Concordia University at Austin today unveiled the Master Site Plan for its future home—a 389-acre property in North Austin that was originally developed by Schlumberger in 1987. After 80 years in its present location, Concordia will move in 2008 from its current 23-acre campus in Central Austin to the new location.
