In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the Higher Education Opportunity Act, and amendments required by the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013, the Concordia University Texas Police Department Annual Campus Crime and Fire Safety Report (The Report) is published in its entirety for you to view in the links below.

As required by the Clery Act, the annual CTX Crime Report is also filed with the U.S. Department of Education, office of Post-secondary Education. The annual CTX Crime Report can also be viewed from the U.S. Dept. of Education web page via the following direct link: ope.ed.gov/security. In addition to the online sources listed, a free copy of the annual CTX Crime Report can also be obtained during regular business hours at the CTX Police Department, 11400 Concordia University Drive, Austin, TX 78726 in building D-124 or by emailing campuspolice@concordia.edu

The CTXPD Chief of Police (H.E. Jenkins, 512-313-4046, campuspolice@concordia.edu) is responsible for preparing and publishing this report.  This report is prepared by using information maintained by the CTX Police department, information provided by other University offices such as Student Life (Student Life Administrator Meredith Heathcoat 512-313-4307) , Residence Life (Director of Residential Life Jakob Adam 512-313-4305) , and other Campus Security Authorities (CSA) and information provided by local law enforcement agencies where CTX owns/controls property.
