POSITION SUMMARY

The Maintenance Office Assistant (MOA) serves as part of an administrative team responsible for implementing internal business processes including work order processing, invoice/requisition processing and in depth analysis of internal data.

POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Will interact with various positions within the university as well as vendors and customers outside the institution
  • Must be able to understand and follow all university policies, procedures and codes of conduct

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be organized and reliable
  • Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must have experience in Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Must possess solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to quickly gain a working knowledge of building layouts and functions

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Repetitive Keyboarding
  • Bending and stooping
  • Walking long distances across campus
  • The ability to sit or stand at a computer work station for long periods
