2018 All-State Audition Preparation Clinic

A clinic on how to prepare for the ATSSB and TPSMEA high school audition etudes.
Concordia University's applied music faculty and guest instrumentalists will provide expert advice on this year's ATSSB and TPSMEA audition music. Emphasis will be placed on All-Region and All-State etude preparation, tone production, technique development, scales, and audition readiness. Students should bring instruments, music, a wire music stand, and be prepared to play.
Percussionists: Concordia University has a limited number of percussion instruments available for student use, but all percussionists should bring their own sticks and mallets.
Schedule of Events:
11:30 AM: Registration – Building B
12:00 PM: Performance of Etudes by faculty and guest artists.
12:15 - 3 PM: Clinic and workshop on audition etudes and audition preparation
Free visitor and bus parking available.
Campus security will direct you to the proper location upon arrival.
