Congratulations! You have been accepted to the Concordia University Texas Master of Education program.
Here are your next steps to complete your enrollment.
If you have not done so already, complete the enrollment confirmation form linked in your acceptance email. This reserves your seat in program and authorizes CTX to register you for your graduate courses.
Apply for financial aid by submitting your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
Use your MyInfo account to review and accept your financial aid award and complete any documentation requirements.
The payment deadline is two weeks prior to the start of each term.
Concordia accepts three methods of payment:
- Pay online through your MyInfo account.
- A check or money order can be sent by mail to: Concordia University Texas, Attn: Student Accounts, 11400 Concordia University Dr., Austin, TX 78726.
- You can pay by cash, check, credit or debit card at the Student Central office, which is located in C-256 in Cedel Hall on the main campus.
Payment plans are available and can be set up through your MyInfo account. If you have any questions about these plans, please contact your graduate enrollment specialist at 512-313-4CTX or at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Students are automatically enrolled in our Tornado Textbook rental program at a simple charge of $25 per credit hour. More information can be found at our FAQ here.
On-Ground Cohorts - Spring 2019: Save the date of Thursday, January 3, 2019. Registration and additional details will be provided later this fall.
Online Cohorts - Spring 2019: Your orientation session will be provided virtually, but you are welcome and encouraged to attend the on-ground orientation session if you would like. Registration and additional details will be provided later this fall.
You will receive your student email address along with other student account information within 10 business days of admission. If you have not received this information by this time, please contact the Personal Support Center at email@example.com or 512-313-HELP (4357).
CTX Email - This is emailed to your personal email address on file. You will receive your Concordia University email address (ctx.edu) and a password.
MyInfo - This is your primary student account where you can review your course schedule, review and accept financial aid, view your student account and make payments, and update your contact information. Your account credentials are emailed to your ctx.edu account with an explanation of how to access your MyInfo portal. You will receive your Concordia University identification number and your MyInfo PIN in this message.
Blackboard - You will receive a message in your ctx.edu email account that explains how MyInfo, Blackboard, and your Concordia University (ctx.edu) email account are used by the University.
