Be a Tornado Day, VortexOn March 5-7, Concordia University Texas is hosting Concordia Crossing, the community celebration of all things CTX. On Saturday, March 6, we will host Be A Tornado Day: Concordia Crossing Edition.

Be A Tornado Day is a celebratory event for newly admitted students, where we welcome them to the CTX family. During Be A Tornado Day, you can commit to CTX, complete the financial aid process and more.

We invite you and your family to join us for the entire Concordia Crossing weekend. It's a great way to meet CTX faculty and students, tour the beautiful campus and see what life is truly like as a Concordia Tornado.

Here are five events that will provide you and your family with a great preview of Concordia University Texas.

1. Campus Worship

The Christian faith serves as the foundation of Concordia. As a university affiliated with The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod (LCMS) and rooted in Lutheran tradition, daily chapel is an important part of life at CTX. Students have the option to attend chapel every weekday during the fall and spring semesters.

Join us for campus worship to experience what a typical chapel service is like. You will hear the Word of God proclaimed and have the opportunity to praise God in song alongside the CTX community.
