Tutoring / Academic Support Peer tutoring is still available. Visit Peer Tutoring to find a peer tutor and schedule a session with a peer tutor. Once you log into the TutorMatchingService website, you will be able to see when the tutor is available and schedule a session or send them a message requesting an alternative time. The peer tutor will get back to you to discuss what platform/resource you will use for your tutoring session. If you have trouble connecting with a tutor, please email Ruth Cooper at ruth.cooper@concordia.edu.

Tutor.com is a limited (8 hours/student/semester) online tutoring resource that covers many academic courses.  You can access the bank of hours that CTX has purchased via your Blackboard course page. You will find a direct link to Tutor.com in the left hand column.  Please log in to Tutor.com at least once to see what they have to offer. There is more information about this resource on Concordia’s website at Tutor.com. If your bank of hours is running low and more time is needed, please contact Ruth Cooper at ruth.cooper@concordia.edu.

Tornado Print & Mail Campus printing and mail are considered on-campus essential services and will continue. Tornado Print and Mail is here to provide the support services you need as we deliver our services a little differently for a while. There are several ways we can help:
Mail:  Mail delivery and pickup to and from campus continue, however, on-ground mailroom hours will be 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
On-campus mail distribution will cease until further notice.
Employees: If you would like, we will open your mail, scan it and email it to you. To remain efficient, we will not scan marketing materials and magazines/publications. Only letters, and other official correspondence will be scanned and emailed. To request mail scanning services, email Miranda.Perez@concordia.edu.
Printing: While printing needs have understandably reduced, we are still able to deliver any print jobs you might need.
Supplies: If you find yourself in need of particular office supplies in your new at-home office, email support.services@concordia.edu and we can order supplies and have them drop shipped to you.
