Concordia University Texas MBA program is currently searching for an Adjunct Statistics faculty to teach face-to-face/ on campus in the MBA program one night a week for an 8-week session located in Austin, Texas.
Faculty will teach basic concepts in probability and statistics of relevance to managerial decision making. Topics include basic data analysis, random variables and probability distributions, sampling distributions, interval estimation, hypothesis testing and regression. Applications and cases are integrated into project-based learning in the areas of marketing, management and finance. Experience with Blackboard and McGraw-Hill’s Connect textbook software.
Minimum Educational and Professional Requirements:
- 18 graduate hours required in statistics
- Terminal degree (doctorate) in statistics or related discipline
- Industry experience in the field is required
