Enrollment Services Processor Part-Time


The Part-Time Enrollment Services Processor will provide administrative support to all programs of the Office of Enrollment Services including student application and enrollment review, customer service and data processing.   


  • Enrollment Support:  Review and process applications for admission, prepare and maintain student files, and update the Admissions Counselors as appropriate; provide timely and accurate correspondence to applicants including acceptance emails, letters and other documents based upon internal communication strategies; process program changes and enrollment requests in appropriate systems, maintain student files, and update Student Financial and Academic Planners as appropriate
  • Data Entry:  Update student status codes such as program changes and tuition rates; communicate with supporting departments to reconcile data, program changes, and student fees; assist with prospective and current student contact information into CRM; assist with acceptance evaluations, program changes, and student withdrawals
  • Customer Service:  Serve as back-up to the Student Central front desk receptionist by assisting visitors and routing phone calls; support the Enrollment Services staff with special projects as needed
  • All other duties as assigned


  • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ experience providing administrative support, preferably in higher education
  • Ability to work calmly in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment  while managing multiple projects
  • Strong working knowledge of a wide variety of office equipment including (but not limited to) personal computer, printer, fax machine and copier 
  • Must be computer literate and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Outlook
  • Familiarity working with a CRM database


  • Ability to sit or stand at a computer 6 to 7 hours a day
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds
