Position Summary

Normal responsibilities include but not limited to customer service, mail processing, processing requests for office supplies, accepting copy projects, assisting customers with lobby equipment, maintaining a clean work environment within the lobby and behind the customer service window and sending faxes for customers.

Associates are highly motivated individuals who want to work hands-on with customer care and mail services.
