There will be a fee, starting at $50, if you do not vacate the hall by 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 15, 2018.
24-HOUR QUIET HOURS BEGIN: Saturday, Dec. 8th at 8:00pm. Please be respectful of others.
Contact the RA On-Call if you need assistance addressing a noise concern. Failure to maintain an appropriate noise level may result in early removal from the residence hall.
RESIDENCE HALLS RE-OPEN: Saturday, Jan. 5th at 1:00pm.
For All Residents
All residents must attend their floor meeting for full details about closing procedures (check with your RA for location, date, and time). In addition, all residents must sign up for a time to meet with their RA to complete the Winter Break Checklist (hyperlink).
If you are returning for Spring, you do NOT need to move your belongings out, but you do need to leave the residence halls. If you need a place to stay for winter break, please print and fill out this form to request housing (hyperlink). *Please note: this must be turned into the Director of Residential Life by Dec. 10 at 5:00pm.
Don’t forget to empty your fridge of all food, drinks, medications, etc. to avoid an improper check out fee.
All residents must be out of the halls 24 hours after their last final or by 9:00am on Saturday Dec. 15th – whichever comes first. Failure to vacate the hall will result in a fine starting at $50.
