What do we do? The Helpdesk is here to help with your technological needs. We cover things like e-mail, internet, media requests, hardware (faculty and staff), MyInfo, WebCT, cable, phones and voicemail.
Why do we do it? Our mission statement is to provide and effectively maintain the electronic and physical infrastructure so that Concordia University Texas can accomplish its mission of developing Christian leaders.
Where can you find us? Currently the Helpdesk is in Room 112 in Building D
