Helpdesk

In order to maximize efficiencies and provide the best possible customer service to the campus, the Helpdesk has relocated to D-112.  This area will also allow us to provide service in a more secure manner.  The Helpdesk phone number, email, and hours of operation will stay the same.  IT will be setting up a kiosk adjacent to its current location in Cedel Hall.  This kiosk will contain a computer and phone for ticket submittal and expedient Helpdesk communication. 

 February 26 - IT experienced a service outage on February 26, 2016 about 11:00am.  Services have been repaired.  If you are still experiencing problems accessing email or the network, please call our helpdesk at 512-313-4357.  Please leave a voicemail. We will be actively monitoring the queue this weekend.
