We’re a tight-knit community at Concordia Texas. Living on campus gives you a chance to explore that community, build lasting friendships, immerse yourself in academics, and gain invaluable life skills.
Concordia Texas is excited to offer 12-month agreements in our residence halls, where students can now stay in their rooms for the summer. However, living on campus during the summer is optional. Students who choose not to stay for the summer are eligible for a $300 housing credit for the following academic year (distributed at $150 per semester). Students living on campus in the summer must also be registered for the following Fall semester.

Incoming first-year students
*Incoming first-year students (freshmen) are required to live in the residential hall for two years (four academic semesters). Summer is included in the cost.
