On Friday, June 14, Concordia University Texas will host Explore CTX, a campus preview event that gives future students and their families an opportunity to experience CTX.

Who can come?

We gladly welcome all potential students and their families to join us, whether you’re an first-time freshman or a transfer student.

Why Should I Come?

Hear from students about life as a CTX Tornado, tour the beautiful campus, discover all the ways you can get involved and have your questions answered.

Explore CTX has a schedule packed full of important events and activities you don’t want to miss.

9:30 a.m.	University Welcome	Experience the warm welcome you’ll receive each time you’re on campus.
10:00 a.m.	Student Success Presentation + Student Panel	Get an inside perspective from CTX students & tips on how to be successful.
10:30 a.m.	Campus Tour	See where you’ll learn, admire the beautiful nature and discover where everything is on the campus tour.
11:00 a.m.	Residence Life + Student Life Presentation	Get an idea of what living at CTX is like, and hear about the ways you can get involved on campus.
11:45 a.m.	Lunch	Enjoy a meal in our cafeteria as you take it all in.
1:00 a.m.	Gold Group: Majors 2 Careers Purple Group: Mock Class Experience with Dr. Teinert	Learn about the majors we offer and possible careers paths. See for yourself how our small learning environments will provide you with a more personalized education. At CTX, you’re more than just a number.
1:30 a.m.	Gold Group: Mock Class Experience with Dr. Utzinger Purple Group: Majors 2 Careers	Learn about the majors we offer and possible careers paths. See for yourself how our small learning environments will provide you with a more personalized education. At CTX, you’re more than just a number.
2:00 a.m.	Closing

But wait, there’s more! From 2:15 to 3:00 p.m., you have the opportunity to attend the following optional activities:

• Application Help: Ready to join CTX? Application fees will be waived for students who apply during Explore CTX!
• Financial Aid Assistance: Get help with submitting your FAFSA and applying for financial aid.
• Counselor Meetings: Meet one-on-one with your academic counselor to get your questions answered.
• Bookstore: Shop for some CTX swag!
