Group Visits

Schedule a Group Visit

Group visits are available for schools, churches, and other organizations to learn more about Concordia. All group visits begin at 10:00 a.m. You must register for these group visits at least two weeks in advance to ensure we are prepared for your arrival (see registration link below). If you have any questions about group visits, please email us at visit@concordia.edu or call at 512-313-4CTX.

Due to space and staffing limitations, group visits are open to students of middle school age or higher.

Please note the following group tour restrictions:

  • Due to space limitations, groups are not permitted to eat in the Dining Hall.
  • Group visits will be rescheduled if other groups numbering 80 or more students have already reserved the same date.
  • Residence hall rooms will not be available for viewing during tours.
  • No tours will stop at the bookstore.
  • We require one chaperone per ten students. Classes will be in session during your visit, so we ask chaperones assist our student tour guides in keeping the group quiet to avoid disruptions. Tour guides will stop tours and return to admissions if the group becomes a distraction to classes in session.
