Admission Requirements

Concordia is a test-optional university. Students who have not achieved the minimum admissions requirements may still be eligible for admission into the online undergraduate program. If you have not attained the minimum requirements below, contact an admissions counselor to learn more about your options.

  • Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA on all college-level course work, or
  • Minimum 2.5 cumulative high school GPA if fewer than 12 transferable college credit hours


Admission Process

Ready to start your Concordia University Texas journey? Our admissions team will guide you through the process. We’ve got you covered.

  • Apply online. There is a $25 application fee.
  • Send your transcript. You’ll need an official copy of your college transcript. If you have not yet participated in college-level coursework or have fewer than 12 college-level credits, you will need to send a copy of your high school transcript. We are a transfer-friendly institution. Course transferability is determined when you speak to your admissions counselor.  
  • Sign up for online orientation. Once you’ve received your official acceptance offer from Concordia, sign up for an online orientation to meet your classmates, professors, and other members of the Concordia community. We can’t wait to welcome you. 


How to Send Official Transcripts

We can accept official transcripts in one of three ways:

  • Student Delivered 

    A student-delivered transcript will only be accepted as an official transcript if received in the original sealed envelope and stamped by the institution of records as Issued to the Student in a Sealed Envelope.

  • Electronically 

    A student-delivered transcript will only be accepted as an official transcript if received in the original sealed envelope and stamped by the institution of records as Issued to the Student in a Sealed Envelope.

  • Mail
