We’re a tight-knit community at Concordia Texas. Living on campus gives you a chance to explore that community, build lasting friendships, immerse yourself in academics, and gain invaluable life skills. All first-year students are required to live on campus during their first two years (four academic semesters) as a student at Concordia Texas.
There are 2 easy steps to live on campus:
- All residential students must complete the online housing application. You can find the application on our Admitted Students page.
- Pay the $275 non-refundable commitment deposit as you submit the online housing application.

2025-2026 Meal Plan Options
- Plan A (Full-Meal Plan, 19 meals/week): $2,475 per semester
- Plan B (Reduced Meal Plan, 14 meals/week): $2,320 per semester
2025-2026 Housing Prices
- Single Occupancy Room: $8,500/per semester
- Double Occupancy Room: $4,250/per semester
- Triple Occupancy Room: $2,950/per semester
*Additional fees may apply for students staying over Winter Break
