Regents Hall is a beautiful home away from home packed with exciting amenities, modern room layouts, high-tech mail center, lounge spaces on every floor, and an outdoor amphitheater. And that’s just a start. All students have access to study and collaboration spaces in Regents Hall, which provides a place to continue learning outside the classroom and engage in community with others. Students can find a place to read, study, and collaborate on the first floor of Regents Hall. The Reflection Room includes two smaller study rooms equipped with monitors for presenting and collaborating. Living on campus means you have more access to the Academic Support Center, Student Development Center, and more. Regents Hall is the perfect space to kick off your college journey at Concordia.

Incoming first-year students
*Incoming first-year students (freshmen) are required to live in the residential hall for two years (four academic semesters). Summer is included in the cost. However, living on campus during the summer is optional. Students who choose not to stay for the summer are eligible for a $300 housing credit for the following academic year (distributed at $150 per semester). Students living on campus in the summer must be registered for the following Fall semester.
