The Edge Experience brings MBA Professional Edge students together for one intensive weekend each semester on our Concordia University Texas campus in Austin. These immersive residencies are intentionally designed to complement your online coursework—giving you space to apply what you’re learning, engage with faculty and peers, and strengthen your leadership in a focused, in-person setting.

What should I expect during a typical residency weekend?
Residency weekends include a mix of faculty-led sessions, hands-on activities, group work, and time to connect with your cohort. Schedules vary by program, but are designed to maximize in-person learning and application.

What should I bring to residency?
Bring a laptop, course materials, and anything your faculty recommends in advance. You’ll receive a sample schedule to help you prepare.

Meals are not included by default. Students can access nearby dining options on and around campus.

Where do I park when I arrive on campus?
Parking is available on campus. Additional details and directions will be provided prior to your residency weekend.

Can I miss a residency if needed?
Residencies are required. If an emergency arises, students must submit a petition in advance and may be assigned alternative work.
