Annual Security and Fire Safety Report

In accordance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the Higher Education Opportunity Act, and amendments required by the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013, the Concordia University Texas Police Department's Annual Security and Fire Safety Report (ASFSR) is published [in its entirety] for you to view.

As required by the Clery Act, this annual report is also filed with the U.S. Department of Education, office of Post-secondary Education. The annual report can be viewed from their web page via the following direct link: https://ope.ed.gov/campussafety/#/. Additionally, a free copy of the ASFSR can be obtained during regular business hours at the CTX Police Department, 11400 Concordia University Drive, D-138, Austin, TX 78726 or by emailing campuspolice@concordia.edu.

The Chief of Campus Police is responsible for preparing and publishing this report. This report is prepared by using information maintained by the CTX Police department, information provided by other university offices such as Student Life, Residence Life, and other Campus Security Authorities (CSAs). In addition, information is provided by local law enforcement agencies where CTX owns/controls property. Any questions or comments related to the ASFSR, should be directed to Shane Sexton, Chief of Campus Police.
