Hailing from the beautiful city of Santa Barbara, California, Camille Schiess is a sought-after violinist, fiddler, and teacher in Austin, TX. Her incredible gift to explore many different styles and genres as a violinist has given her the opportunity to perfom in an incredibly diverse array of settings, from the concert hall of the Santa Barbara Symphony Orchestra to local ATX Music Festivals like South by Southwst, as wall as the grand stages of the Bass Performace Hall and ACL Moody Theater. In 2017, Camille soloed with the Austin Civic Orchestra as a winner of the Texas Rising Stars competition and in 2019, she performed with the Roots on an episode of The Todnight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Aside from her performance career, Camille has always taken pride in her teaching, always seeking to provide a supportive environment for her students to have fun and explore their love for music.
