Transcripts - Former Students and Alumni
To request transcripts to be sent both electronically and in paper form, use Concordia University Texas' online transcript request portal, powered by National Student Clearinghouse. You can order transcripts using any major credit card. Your card will only be charged after your order has been completed. The base cost is $5.00 per transcript.
Because it is important to Concordia and National Student Clearinghouse that you know your records are secure during this process, you will be asked to electronically complete a consent form when you request a transcript.
Please follow this link to begin your request: National Student Clearinghouse
Former students, you do not need your old student ID or your old school email address. Simply enter your social security number in the space requesting your ID and your current email address in the space requesting your email address.
NOTE: If a hold exists on your account because of an unfulfilled obligation to Concordia, we cannot release your transcript. Once the issue preventing the release of your transcript is resolved, we will be able to process your request.
Former Students Attending Prior to 1999: Due to the nature of archived records, we cannot provide unofficial or electronic
copies of official transcripts for students who attended prior to 1999, only mailed
official copies. Please follow the same instructions listed above to request your
transcript through our partner, National Student Clearinghouse.
Transcripts - Current Students
Current students of Concordia University Texas may request an official transcript to be mailed or set for pickup at Student Central at no charge after completing a transcript request form. Current students may also print unofficial transcripts from MyInfo. If you are located outside of the Austin main campus, allow extra days for the transcript to be sent to your location.
NOTE: If you need the transcript processed same-day, there is a $25.00 fee per transcript, however there is no charge for regular processing.
