Requesting Transcripts

As of October 25, 2023, Concordia University Texas utilizes Parchment for transcript requests.

The first time a CTX student or alumni initiates a transcript order through Parchment, they will be required to create a free Parchment account. It is recommended that currently enrolled CTX students use their CTX.edu student e-mail account to create their account. Former students or alumni may use any e-mail address to create the Parchment account.

The Parchment account maintains order history and also allows the student more efficient access to request transcripts or other documents from CTX (and other Parchment partners) in the future.

The process for requesting transcripts varies for currently enrolled students, former students and alumni, and former students and alumni who attended or graduated prior to 1999. Please follow the directions listed in the appropriate section below.

  • Concordia College-New York Transcript Information

    As of March 15, 2022, Concordia College-New York ceased all academic operations. Concordia University Texas is the custodial institution for Concordia College-New York’s academic records. Please note that all CCNY official transcripts will be mailed via the US Postal Service and cannot be issued electronically.

    Transcript requests should be made via Parchment using the link below. During the order process, CCNY alumni will be required to indicate if they are ordering a CCNY transcript; not selecting this option may cause delays in processing, and in some cases, the order will need to be recreated. There is a base cost of $7.00 per transcript copy.

  • Currently Enrolled Students

    Transcript Requests for Currently Enrolled Students

    Currently enrolled students at Concordia University Texas may request an official transcript to be mailed or set for pickup at Student Central at no charge after completing the Transcript Request Form via MyInfo. The average processing time for these requests is 2-3 business days from successful submission.

    If you are a currently enrolled student and need an electronic copy of your official transcript, please skip this section, and read the appropriate section below.

    To initiate a request for a physical copy of your official transcript (whether mailed or set for pickup at Student Central) please follow these steps:

    1. Log into MyInfo.
    2. Click the “Student” tab at the top of the portal.
    3. Click the “Student Records” link.
    4. Finally, click the “Request Official Printed Transcript – Current Students ONLY” link, and follow the directions listed on that form.
      • NOTE: If you are not a currently enrolled student, your request through this form will be denied, and further instructions will be provided as applicable.

    Currently enrolled students may also view and print unofficial transcripts by clicking the “View Unofficial Transcript” link in MyInfo on the Student Records page.

    If you need your transcript request processed same-day, you will need to make the request in-person at Student Central during regular business hours. There is a non-refundable $25.00 fee per request which must be paid via cash or check only (no electronic payments or debit/credit cards accepted).

    NOTE: If a hold exists on your student account because of an unfulfilled obligation to Concordia University Texas, we cannot release your transcript. Once the issue preventing the release of your transcript is resolved, we will be able to process your request.

    Electronic Official Transcripts for Currently Enrolled Students

    If you are a currently enrolled student at Concordia University Texas and need an electronic copy of your official transcript, you will need to make your request through Parchment. There is a base cost of $7.00 per copy of your official transcript, and payment is securely processed by Parchment at the end of your order. Orders for mailed transcripts will incur an additional fee that varies depending on the selected shipping speed. Please follow these steps to order an electronic copy of your official transcript:

    1. Log into MyInfo.
    2. Click the “Student” tab at the top of the portal.
    3. Click the “Student Records” link.
    4. Click the “Request an Official Transcript – Current or Former Students”
    5. This will take you to our page on Parchment’s website.
      • If this is your first time placing an order through Parchment, you will be required to create a Parchment account. This account allows you to request transcripts and other documents more easily from CTX in the future.
      • Enter the required student and contact information as requested by Parchment.
      • When prompted to select your Delivery Information, choose the “Electronic” option.
      • Follow the remaining steps as requested, including your payment information for the order.

    NOTE: If a hold exists on your student account because of an unfulfilled obligation to Concordia University Texas, we cannot release your transcript. Once the issue preventing the release of your transcript is resolved, we will be able to process your request.

  • Former Students & Alumni

    Transcript Requests for Former Students & Alumni

    Former students and alumni of Concordia University Texas, who attended and/or graduated after 1999, may request an official transcript by placing an order through Parchment. If this is your first time placing an order through Parchment, you will first need to create a Parchment account. You do not need your CTX student e-mail address to submit your order. Simply enter your social security number (or student ID) and your current e-mail address when prompted.

    Through Parchment, you will have the option to select either an electronic copy, a mailed copy, or to have your official transcript(s) set for pickup at Student Central if you live in the Austin region. Note that only one of these options may be selected at a time.

    There is a base cost of $7.00 per copy of your official transcript, and payment is securely processed by Parchment at the end of your order. Electronic orders are generally processed within one business day and printed/pickup orders are generally processed with 2-3 business days. Orders for mailed transcripts will incur an additional fee that varies depending on the selected shipping speed.

  • Former Students & Alumni, Prior to 1999

    Transcript Requests for Former Students and Alumni — Attended and/or Graduated Prior to 1999

    Due to the nature of archived records, we cannot offer electronic copies of your official transcript if you attended and/or graduated before 1999 – you must select the Mail or Hold for Pickup option when prompted by Parchment during the order creation. If you attended and/or graduated prior to 1999 and request an electronic copy of your official transcript, your request will be denied and canceled.

    Former students and alumni of Concordia University Texas, who attended and/or graduated before 1999, may request an official transcript by placing an order through Parchment. If this is your first time placing an order through Parchment, you will first need to create a Parchment account. You do not need your CTX student e-mail address to submit your order. Simply enter your social security number (or student ID) and your current e-mail address when prompted.
